Do you have a problem with your property? Does something not work quite right?
We ask that you notify us promptly when something is not working well. You can either submit a repair request or call Josh at (218) 591-1301 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., if you need IMMEDIATE attention during the middle of the night, call (218) 591-1301.
Have you lost a key or locked yourself out?
Loosing a key or locking yourself out can be very frustrating. We will help you so that you may get in quickly and conveniently. First, if it is a reasonable hour (between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) you can try to call Josh at (218) 591-1301. If it is after hours, or Josh is unavailable; call Minnesota Locksmith Service at (218) 348-7448. This will be at your own expense. Those people will be allowed access to units are individuals whose names are on the lease.
Do you have a garage door problem?
Call Josh at (218)591-1301 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
When should I put my garbage out?
You are responsible for putting the trash and recyclables out on your assigned day. We use Hartles/DBJ for our Garbage Service. Trash must be out by 5:30am on the assigned day. Recycling goes out every 2 weeks, with the trash can. Here is additional information on garbage specifics – click to find out what day your trash is picked up on!

2024 CRP Forms
We are preparing to send out 2024 CRP forms to our current tenants. If you were a tenant sometime in 2024, but are not currently, please email us to let us know and include the address of the house you lived in and the best email address so we can send your forms.
